DAY 8, LEG 43 - Calgary to Everett
On this leg we enter the USA part of our journey which will have us crossing back eastbound to take in the huge number of sights to see in this vast country. We begin this leg by flying across the Canadian Rockies towards Everett, just north of Seattle to visit Boeing's long haul production line which has been present at the site since the flight of the first B747 in 1969.

Cloud building over Kootenay Lake. The latest forecast for Paine Field tells us we can expect an ILS approach to runway 16R due to low cloud in the Seattle area.
